The Dolly - Classic Sourdough Loaf

The Dolly is what inspired me to start 9 to 5, and is as iconic as her name-sake. Our classic sourdough—crusty on the outside, soft and chewy inside. Made with just flour, water, and salt, this loaf is slow-fermented for flavor and a light tang. It’s the kind of bread that makes even butter on toast feel special.
 
Each loaf is ~900 grams before baked
 
Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, water, sea salt
 
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten)
 
Note: Prepared in a location that also handles common allergens including milk, soy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame.
