The Bowie - Everything Bagel Sourdough Bread

All the flavor of an everything bagel—baked right into our sourdough. Garlicky, seedy, salty, and just a little unexpected. This loaf doesn’t follow the rules, it reinvents them—bold, flavorful, and always ready for a new era. A little glam. A little grit. Definitely not your average bread.
 
Each loaf is ~960 grams before baked
 
Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, water, everything bagel seasoning (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, sea salt)
 
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), sesame
 
Note: Prepared in a location that also handles common allergens including milk, soy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame.
