Same dough as The Dolly, but baked in a loaf pan for a more structured shape and easier slicing. The result? Thick, craggy slices that fit in your toaster and crisp up like an English muffin. It’s chewy, tangy, and is the perfect vessel for...well...everything.
 
Each loaf is ~900 grams before baked
 
Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, filtered water, sea salt
 
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten)
 
Note: Prepared in a location that also handles common allergens including milk, soy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.
